Swain’s novel, Anatomy of Terror, in his Universal Monsters series was nominated as the Young Adult horror novel of the year by the Horror Writers of America. He has taught literature, mythology, and writing in secondary schools all over the state, worked as a ghost writer, and published experimental and YA fiction.
